Sliding into fall here on our homestead. I am relishing the rainy days and cooler fall temperatures. Despite the cooling weather, the garden continues to be massively productive. Harvesting, canning, dehydrating, clearing summer plantings and planting more fall crops, is a LOT to juggle. I hope my September garden checklist helps you keep track of it all.
In case you’re wondering, our farm is located in Maryland. That’s zone 7a, but user feedback suggests that the monthly checklists are useful for the needs of those in zones 6-8.
