Harvesting and preserving is in full swing on our homestead garden. Weeds are threatening at every turn and it’s time to plant fall crops too. Yikes! Hope that my August chore checklist helps you prioritize amidst all the busyness of this month.
In case you’re wondering, our farm is located in Maryland. That’s zone 7a, but user feedback suggests that the monthly checklists are useful for the needs of those in zones 6-8.
