These rabbit name tags can be laminated and clipped to the outside of each cage. We usually have around 40 rabbits (breeders and grow-outs). Keeping all their names and pedigrees straight can be a tricky business.
A lot of folks use cage tags on their carriers when taking rabbits to shows. I thought it would be helpful to have some to use here on the homestead as well. I like to talk to the rabbits by name when I check on them.
Having the rabbit’s age and gender visible is also a good reminder of when a rabbit is ready to be bred or sold. And when are sold and going to new owners, I clip these tags on the carrier so there’s no need to fuss with tattoos and the new owners can easily tell who’s who.

How do you get the rabbit cage tags to print blue
midatlantichomestead@gmail.com says
I would have to change the color in the original file. My printer was just low on ink for some that look like a lighter color.
